Description: Quality physical education classes are now available throughout the school year! This P.E. class is goal oriented and designed for both boys and girls.All classes are purpose driven, well-planned,challenging and fun.Each class includes all aspects of fitness- strength, cardio, flexibility and balance and are taught through fun athletic drills and group games. Students should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes to each class.
