Class Description: This is a noncompetitive gymnastics class for girls. Students will be taught basic beginner floor tumbling skills including forward and back rolls, various styles of cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, bridge, forward and back walkovers, and more. Body position, control and presentation along with strength and flexibility work will be included. The girls will showcase their skills at the end of each semester with a special presentation for parents. Students should wear a leotard with shorts and bring a water bottle.
